The design proposal entails a high-rise mixeduse building, wherein we have reimagined the building facade to infuse dynamism into Karachi's urban streetscape. Our aim is to seamlessly integrate this structure into the existing urban fabric of the city. To mitigate sun exposure and facilitate outward views, vertical fins have been strategically incorporated. These elements not only shield from the sun's heat but also frame captivating vistas of the surroundings.
